He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Clanton (Kris); his children, Joe Rapp (Laura), Liz Harris and Kathy Carlsen (Bill); his sister-in-law Lucy Rapp; his grandchildren, TJ, Sophia, Camden, Katie, Natalie, Audrey, Andrew, James and Sara; his great grandchildren, Bella, Leon and Charlie; and his pet Lily.
