He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his son Walter H. Stubbs III (Angela) of Fort Gibson; his grandchildren, Tiffany Pepe (Vince) of Wiscasset, Maine, Heather Brown of Tahlequah, OK, Cassandra Stubbs of Muskogee, OK and Caleb Taylor (Paige) of Tahlequah, OK; his great grandchild Tristen Pepe of Wiscasset, Maine; and his brother-in-law Eugene S. James (Luedeen) of Leesburg, Florida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
