He was predeceased by: his parents, Seborn J. Fuller and Marguerite Fuller. He is survived by: his brothers, Terry Fuller of Muskogee, OK and Claude Fuller (Wendy) of Colorado. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
