He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen W. Berkenbile and Opal Lucille Berkenbile (Williams); and his sister Linda Snipes. He is survived by: his wife Judy Day; his son Mike Berkenbile (Becky) of Fort Gibson, OK; his grandchildren, Brooke Garza (Ricky) of Fort Gibson, OK and Cole Berkenbile (Carsynn Chance) of Muskogee, OK; and his great grandchildren, Maddux Griffith of Fort Gibson, OK, Jaxon Griffith of Fort Gibson, OK and Kyler Garza of Fort Gibson, OK.
