He is survived by: his wife Ruth Irving; his son Troy R Smith, Sr. (Desiree); his grandchildren, Zyaire Neal, Troy R. Smith, Jr. and LaShuana Belay; his great grandchildren, Nasir Belay, Olivia Bradley and Younger; his sister Jeanette Irving; and his siblings-in-law, Tawanna Prince, Ruby Adams, Ann Dockins, Gerri Diggs (John), Sacorra Foster, Carl Foster, Roy Foster and Oliver Foster, Jr. (Monika). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved relatives and friends.
