She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Taylor and Mary Taylor (Langston); and her son Jack Perry. She is survived by: her husband Don Summerlin; her children, Robert D. Perry, Sr. of Muskogee, Rick Summerlin (Terry) of Tulsa, Linda Milton (Albert) of Fort Gibson and Denise Bauer (Donnie) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, David Holland, Darrel Holland, Chelsea Lindsey (Crittenden), Ashley Dockery (Holland), Kevin Perry, Bobby Perry, Jr., Jordyn Jorgenson, Aldyn Jorgenson, Savannah Jorgenson, Sydney Jorgenson, Ringo Knox Jorgenson, Tina Smith (Bryon) and Shari Northrup; and her close friends, Ralph Thompson, Redmond Keisler, Rick Keisler, Randy Keisler, Lonnie and Virginia Stansifer. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
