He was predeceased by: his father Danny Ray Smith of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and his grandparents, Barbara Bean of Muskogee Oklahoma, Billy and Edith Smith of Broken Bow, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his mother Marsha Ann Smith of Muskogee Oklahoma; his sister Marisa Smith Oman; his children, Alexxis "Lexxy" Shayde, Hunter Gage and Kenadi Nicole; his nieces, Gracie Burris, Braden Burris and Tristyn Oman; and his nephew Breken Oman of Muskogee Oklahoma. He is also survived by Many Aunts, uncles & cousins.
