She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Wade (Tom) of Fort Gibson; her grandchildren, Hunter Forrest (Jamie) of Fort Gibson and Amber Forrest of Fort Gibson; her great grandchildren, Trey, Tucker, Tyler Forrest, Jaylee Light (Riley) and Maycee Young; her great great grandchildren, Jack Light and Briar Dearman; her nieces, Carol Avery, Mary Morris and Julie Gilley (Mark); and her nephew Aaron Hughes.
