She is survived by: her mother Joy Marie Woodard (Wainwright); her children, Kaylynn Lariviere and David Lariviere (Brett) of Wagoner, OK.; her father Clyde L Woodard; her uncle Tommy Woodard; her sister Teresa Woodard-Turner; her granddaughter Addyson Kaie Lariviere; her close friend Danny Evans; her siblings, Jerry Dale Woodard of Muskogee, Janice Rowland (Bill) of Muskogee, OK and Marcella Bynum (Mike) of Muskogee; her grandchildren, Coleton Blake McMillen, Amberlynn Rachel McMillen, Emily Joy McMillen of Peggs, OK, Alexas Grace Lariviere of Wagoner, OK and Avery Faith Lariviere of Wagoner; and her stepchildren, Michelle Evans and Tyler Evans.
