He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy McKinney; his granddaughter Grace Elizabeth Hiseley; his father William E. McKinney; his father-in-law Don Swagerty; and his brother Michael Fredrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Harris (Gary R. Scott Jr.); his son-in-law Jason Harris; his children, Amber McKinney, Chloe McKinney and Rob McKinney; his grandchildren, Kobe Echols, William Hiseley, Kyndall McKinney, Payton Ritter, Brodie Couse, Louisa Bumgarner, Lilyan Harris, Emma McKinney, Bevie Bumgarner, Ronny Bumgarner and Cash E. McKinney; his friend Scott Harlow; and also, Sandy McKinney and Jennifer Lightle-Gaddy. He is also survived by father and grandfather who always made sure his family.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
