He is survived by: his sister-in-law Pat Smith of Brookston, Indiana; his nephew Mark Smith of Weatherford, Oklahoma; his niece Debbie Nelson of Lafayette, Indiana.; his friends, Debbie Stokes, Barry, Mike and Joe Adcock; and also, Melissa Barnett (C. J. Barnett) and Cody Stokes.
