He was predeceased by: his parents, JC Banks and Bonnie Banks; his sisters, Diana Troyer, Shirley Robbins and Kathy Judkins; and his sisters-in-law, Delores Banks and Ellen Banks.
He is survived by: his wife Heidi Banks of Yukon; his children, Michael Banks of Chickasha, Heiko Banks (Nicola Banks) of Newalla, Michelle Price (Vincent Price) of Edmond, Christopher Banks (Nina Banks) of Warr Acres and Shania Clemmons (Jimmy Clemmons) of Yukon; and his brothers, Jimmy Banks of Harker Heights, TX and Ronnie Banks (Camilla) of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
