He is survived by: his wife Sammie Harris; his children, Leslie Locust, Jr. (Jenell) of Vian, Becky Dyer (Mike "Mika") of Muldrow, Monica Taylor (Danny) of Schulter, Billy Parker (Gay Lynn) of Muskogee, Joe Dale Parker (Pat) of Muskogee and Suzie Guinn (Rex) of Stilwell; his brother James "Booter" Locust; his grandchildren, Brandi Noisey, Derek, Chelsey Locust, Hailey, Justin Sharp, Kaitlyn, Clay Bolinger, Tre, Fontana Locust, Camry, Dillon Jett, Macee Underwood, Dakota Brown, Matt Parker, Jessica Legarda, Jacob Tinsley, Dallas, Becky Guinn, Mary, Tina Guinn, Rian, Easton, Reid, Sawyer, Carson, Emma, Noah, Evelyn, Jackson, Kimber, Karson and Ava; and his niece Shawnee "Dobbie" Livers.
