He was predeceased by: his parents, U. L. Fulton and Cecil Fulton (Ross); his wife Roma Jo Fulton (Shay); and his brother Wayne Fulton. He is survived by: his children, Larry Fulton of Fort Gibson, OK, Donna Fulton of Chelsea, OK and Barbara Nation of Canadian, OK. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren; and many friends.
