With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Lewis (Fort Gibson, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl George Holmes and Allie Mae Kirk (Holmes); her son Earl "Joy" Holmes; her husband John Henry Lewis; her children, Marcus Andre Lewis and Jacqueline Lewis; her grandchildren, Bell Vearn Rogers and Shohn Lewis Hortten; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah Noelle Rogers, Braxston Rogers and Carson Rogers; her sisters, Anne Mayes, Mary E. Burton, Mary Nelson (Sparrow) and Lena Osborne; and her nephew Bruce Lowe.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Candlewood Chapel (315 S Sooner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73110). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at 1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434.
