She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Burris and Anita Burris (Lankford); and her siblings, Pat Lively, Tony Burris and Jim Burris.

She is survived by: her husband Stoney Ballard; and her children, Sheila Smith of Muskogee, Connie Holinsworth (Chris) of Fort Gibson, Sandy Bergman (Shaun) of Keystone and Stoney Alan Ballard (Janet) of Gore, OK. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
