He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haddock Stevenson III and Willa Marie Paulie; his brother Fred Stevenson; his wife Linda Sue Cott; his daughter Valina Enslen of Wagoner, OK.; his grandsons, Drew Curley of Tulsa, OK and Patrick Curley; his sister Susan Morgan of Hawthorn, NV; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Stevenson of Tomsbrook, VA.
