He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Crittenden and Velma Crittenden (Smith) of Fort Gibson, OK; his wife Stephani; his daughter Salani LaFave (Phillip) of Muskogee, OK; his siblings, Suzy Boling of Fort Gibson, OK and Tom Crittenden (Corie Burditt) of Locust Grove, OK; his nieces, Carly Boling of Tulsa, OK and Cassidy Boling of Fort Gibson, OK; and his nephew Tyler Crittenden of Yuma, AZ.
