He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ballard of Fort Gibson; his daughter Alicia Nichols of Del City, OK; his stepchildren, Wendy Massey of Fort Gibson and Wayne Jenkins of Midwest City, OK; his son Jimmy Ballard of Georgia; his grandchildren, Courtney, Carly, Ashley, Jaxon, Amy, Nathan, Danielle and Randi; and his great grandchildren, Dayton, Hayden, Josiah, Stella and Tabin.
