He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Mae Todd (Gardner); his siblings, Charles, Jesse Harold, Pearl, Lois, Margaret and Audry; and his great grandchild Angel Rose Arndt.
He is survived by: his father Charles Edward Todd; his daughter Janell Arndt (Tom); his grandchildren, Julia Arndt and David Arndt (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Joshua, Uriah Arndt and Rachel Arndt; and his pets, Bella and Socks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Donations to either New Life Center Christian Academy, 4025 Gibson St, Muskogee or Trail of Honor Flags, Inc at Frank Gladd American Legion Post #20 in his name would be greatly appreciated.
