He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Willmon (Moore) and Jim Willmon; and his mother-in-law Adaina Riley. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Riley Willmon; his daughter Delacey Woods (Jeff) of Fort Gibson; his stepson Jarred Riley of Burlington, WA; his grandchildren, Ethan Woods of Fort Gibson and Livvi Woods of Fort Gibson; and his siblings, Charla Wilson (Barry) of Muskogee, James Willmon (Debbie) of Muskogee and Barbara Strickland (Stan) of Muskogee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifetime friends.
