He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Don and Wanda Emogene Utley (Fann). He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie Erwin (Jacob) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Isaac, Jaxx and Hendrix Erwin; his aunt Lucille "Lucy" Keener Utley of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; and his brother Shawn Bates. He is also survived by his daughter, as well as her husband, and his 3 grandsons.
