He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cawvey, Sr. and Alma Cawvey (Linzy); his stepmother Anna Mae Cawvey; his parents-in-law, Wallace'Skin'Huitt and Ruth Huitt; his siblings, Sherman'Jabo'Bias, Reese Hinds, Dennis Radebaugh, Patricia'Pat'Green and Martha Mathis; his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Hinds and Brenda Hinds; and his niece Jennifer'Jinny'Hinds.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Huitt of Brown's Dairy Snack; his children, Kevin Cawvey (Mary) of Fort Gibson and Amy Spears (Cyrus) of Checotah; his grandchildren, Amanda Cawvey, Justin Cawvey (Katie), Austin Cawvey, Woodrow Spears, Prairie Rose Spears, Saysha Sisco and Lauran Buckmaster (JP); his great grandchildren, Emma Bell, Ava Bell, Beau Cawvey, Liam Cawvey, Taeden Cawvey, Cas Moore, Kaydance Moore, Jagger Moore, Rayleigh Moore, Beau Moore, Buddy Moore, Salem Moore, Autumn Bird, Kinlee Berner, Audrey Buckmaster and Lucas Buckmaster; and his siblings, Mary Pfeifer, Jerry Hinds (Betty), Michael Hinds, Ginger Wade (Fred), Sue Ann Betts, Shelly Harmon (Steve), LeaAnn Schrader (Jimmy), Byran Radebaugh (Tammy), Mike Radebaugh (Carol), Bill Green, Jean Mathis, Jimmy Rogers and Freddie Rogers. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Community Gospel Center (1686 Highway 62 East, Fort Gibson, OK 74434). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Citizens Cemetery (Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
