He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Justin Fullen (Crystal) of Fort Gibson, Jason Fullen and Bea Mize of Braggs; his siblings, Carol Wright (Gary) of Porter and Bob Fullen (Ellen) of Theodosia, MO; and his grandson Tyler Fullen of Fort.
