He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren McIntyre and Geraldine McIntyre (Artz); and his sister Maureen McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Gail; and his children, Mike Lear of St. Petersburg, FL, Richard Lear of Fort Gibson, OK, Megan John of Neosho, MO, Tarah Alley of Fort Gibson, OK and Catherine Haley of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, extended family; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, his family request memorial contributions in Dennis' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, at stjude.org.
