It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Lynn Chandler (Fort Gibson, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 20, 2019, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Scott Matthews; and her grandparents, Paul, Celestine Lamfers, Houston and Dora Matthews.
She is survived by: her husband Jay; her sons, Blake Chandler (Ashley) of Muskogee, OK and Jake Dickman (Crystal) of Tulsa; her grandsons, Houston, Colton Chandler of Muskogee and Asher Dickman of Tulsa; her parents, Johnnie Matthews and Joan Matthews of Fort Gibson, OK; her brother-in-law David Chandler (Missy) of Muskogee, OK; her sister Cindy Terrell (Mike) of Gore, OK; and her siblings-in-law, Crystal Chandler of Muskogee, OK and John Conn of Muskogee, OK. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
