She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin "Dewitt" Loper and Zelline Loper; her husband Johnnie "Raymond" Benge of Braggs, OK; her brother Larry Loper (Nancy) of Brookhaven, MS; her daughter Teresa Herring (Jerry) of Coweta, OK; her grandchildren, Quinton Bailey (Serena) of Broken Arrow, Diamond Bailey of Norman and Miranda Herring of Coweta; her children, Dewitt (Zelline Loper), Earl (Lora Benge) and Laura Bailey; and her grandmother Pitts.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either the American Cancer Society or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation on behalf of Charlotte.
