He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Needham; his daughters, Julie McCollough (Bennie) of Cleveland and Melinda Hagan (Rick Snyder) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his sisters, Ellen Gourd of Tulsa and Georgia Connaughton of Poteau, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Caragan Tillman (Michael), Beau Stringer, Ruby Forrester, Grayson Forrester, Hannah Streight (Jeremy), Rachel Campbell (Craig), Kristen Foote (Nate) and Adam McCollough; and his great grandchildren, Emmarie Rose, Michael Slade and Carter David.
