She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carlton and Maude Carlton; her husband Carl Hulbert; her children, Randy Hulbert and Carlene Wetzel; her great grandchild Brent Baker; and her siblings, Ralph Blackburn, Elty Skidmore and Betty Dempsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Bybee of Fort Gibson and Glenda Hulbert of Fort Gibson; and her grandchildren, Angel Hulbert of Muskogee, Vickie Hall of Strang, Shelly Lammers of Fort Gibson, Jennifer Martin of Fort Gibson, BJ Nail of Fort Gibson and Rick Wetzel of Fort Gibson. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
