He was predeceased by: his parents, Osie Mack and Mille Ruth Stinchcomb (Garrett); his granddaughter Jerri Lynn Williams; his brother Glenn; his sister-in-law Ruby Stinchcomb (Campbell); his siblings, Ray, Bud Stinchcomb, Zona Brenner (Stinchcomb) and Joyce Ann Stinchcomb; his in-laws, Carmon H. and Ruby Lay (Eaton); his brother Andrew; and his siblings-in-law, Edith Jolliff (Lay), Donna Mitchell (Lay), Jack McCoy and Bobby Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Joan Stinchcomb (Lay); his children, Regina Kay Cruze (Wayne), Bobby Lee Stinchcomb (Niketa), Keri Lynne Parker and Sheri Ann Sharp (George); his grandchildren, Jared Williams (Karen), Zack Williams (Audrey), Josh Williams, Ryan Stinchcomb (Josie), Krystal Wiser (Stephen), Kyle Stinchcomb (Brittanie), Nathan Parker (Jodie), Mikayla Prawalwichit (Kan), Kate Sharp and Keri Sharp; his great grandchildren, Sam, Nathan, Isaac Williams, Wyatt, Hunter Williams, Sarah, Logan Wiser, Ben, Abigail Stinchcomb, Noah and Jett Parker; his sister Mary Ruth McCoy (Stinchcomb); and his sisters-in-law, Ulele Stinchcomb (Rouse), Hilda Stinchcomb, Linda Stinchcomb (Perry) and Walsie Fitzgerald (Lay). He is also survived by numerous other nephews and nieces.
