He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bell Sr. and Ernestine Mcelhaney. He is survived by: his children, Clarence Bell III (Megan), Dexter Marquis Howard Sr., Clarissa Milton (Louis Jr.), Ian Lee and Tara Blakely; his siblings, Laquan U. Bell, Danita (Terrance), Lucious Bell (Mandi), Ernest Bell (Valeria) and Kevin A. Bell Sr. (Tunisia Johnson); his grandchildren, Zion, Aurieon, Jeremiah, Amaris, Lauren and Naima; his nephew Bonus; and his brother Michael Bell Sr.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and beloved friends.
