He was predeceased by: his brother Don Higley. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Michael Higley (Michelle) of Fort Gibson and Jamie Clyma (Randy) of Claremore; and his grandchildren, Mycah Higley (Wiley Abbott), Madison Higley and Kaylee Clyma.
