He is survived by: his wife Velma Smith; his children, Suzy Boling of Fort Gibson and Tom Crittenden (Corie) of Locust Grove; his daughter-in-law Stephani; his grandchildren, Carly Boling of Tulsa, Cassidy Boling of Fort Gibson, Salani LaFave (Phillip) of Muskogee and Tyler Crittenden of Yuma, AZ; his sister-in-law Thelma Harris of Fort Gibson; and his sister Joyce Hammack of Muskogee.
