He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl McIntosh and Marie McIntosh (Robison); his wife Vera; his son Tracey McIntosh; and his siblings, Corrine Sabala and Carl McIntosh.
He is survived by: his children, Louis McIntosh, James McIntosh of Fort Gibson, Kenneth McIntosh (Sandi) of Hitchita and Alma Pickle (Charlie) of Dover; his grandchildren, Cory McIntosh (Corrina), Kenny McIntosh (Jessica), Bailey McIntosh and Jesi Pickle; his sister Stella Dennis (Chester) of Clayton; his great grandchildren, Chase, Rylie, Emma, Abby, Gunner and Reagan; and his siblings-in-law, Verlon, James, Mikel Burnett, Iza Holt, Armenda Pearson and Sally Burnett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
