He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Bauman; his parents, Floyd Owen and Lily Owen; and his siblings, Ray Owen, Edna Owen and Roy Jackson (Melvin McMillin).
He is survived by: his sisters, Velma Jackson of Oklahoma City and Lois McMillin of Ada; and his children, Tony Owen (Tara) of Carnegie, Larry Owen (Michelle) of Huntsville and Cheryl Smith (Scott) of Fort Cobb. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
