He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ratliff and Maggie Ratliff (Wilson); his sisters, Cathryn Ratliff, Lavina Jones, Mary Jean Easterling and Lanora Whaley; his grandson Marvin Cassity; and his son-in-law Don Nightingale (Speedy).
He is survived by: his wife Sue Harris; his grandchild Toot Toot; his children, Randall Ratliff (Susan), Roma Cassity (Glenn) and Rhonda Johnson (Kevin); his grandchildren, Lacy Savage (Seth), Thomas Ratliff (Becky), Keith Johnson (Mauri), Trey Cassity (Sera), Caitlyn Stanley (Preston), Lauren Ratliff and Grace Cassity; his great grandchildren, Gunner, Denver Savage, James Stanley and Roan Ratliff; and his sisters, Wanda King, Frankie Conrad and Norma Harris. He is also survived by his family and his friends.
