He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cleve and Elsie Leonard Lumpkin; and his siblings, Bernice (Sis), Buck, Jack, Dink and Jewett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty and Jewitt; his former wife LaWanda Dola Williams of Fort Cobb; his children, Trent Everett (Carolyn) of Anadarko and Wanda DeAnn; his wife Wanda Lumpkin; his children, Larry Lumpkin, Marsha Lumpkin and Deann Taylor of South Carolina; and his grandchild Cori (Josh Gray) of Fort Cobb. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and 5 great grandchildren.
