He is survived by: his wife Navy Wave Katie McDonald of Anadarko; his son Jon (LeeAnna); his grandsons, Jack and Tommy of Lexington; his son Jason of Anadarko; his brother Leslie Forster (Linda) of Camarillo, CA; his niece Lisa Burrell (Mark) of Fairview, OK; and his pet Purr.

There will not be a service at this time due to COVID 19.
