He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Gunter and Flora Gunter (Powers); and his siblings, Ann Murphy, Joyce Cowling and Frank "Bud" Gunter.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Gunter; his children, Shane Gunter of Branson, MO, Stephanie Fouts of Carnegie, OK and Charles Kelly Jr.; his grandchildren, Skyla Culleny, Blane Gunter, Kagen Fouts, Ali Fouts, Jordan Fouts, Kimmy Kelly and Austin Kelly; and his sisters, Carolyn Wilburn of Weatherford, OK and Reta Coats (Dewey).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home (20 W Main St, Carnegie, OK 73015). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Carnegie Cemetery (2102 County Rd 1330, Carnegie, OK 73015).
