He is survived by: his wife Sandra Whaley; his children, Tony Whaley (Shannon), Travis Whaley (Starla) and Tabi Smith (Terry); his grandchildren, Clint (Denielle Chaney), Emily (Nick Ricca), Hadly (Brad Knoll), Teegan Smith, Kennedy Smith and Aubrey Whaley; his siblings, Louise Haas, Garry Whaley (Diane) and Nita Irvine (Larry); and his sister-in-law Linda Whaley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family members and lifelong friends.
