He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene; his sister Lavanda; his father-in-law Jack; and his siblings-in-law, Bernard Ralston and Arlene Haskins.
He is survived by: his sons, Darryl Wayne, Dennis Eugene and Bobby Warren; his grandchildren, Amy Beck (Ryan), Jaxon, Tobi, Jayce, Maggie and Lakin Green; his great grandchildren, Derek, Addison, Nahliya Beck, Cooper and Cayden McCarty; his siblings, Janine Dorsey (Nolan) and Larry Green (Cris); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Byrd, Darrell Haskins and Marjorie Ralston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the SWOSU Bulldog Angel Fund in Billy's name at 100 Campus Drive, Weatherford OK, 73096.
