He is survived by: his parents, Francis A. Mills and Letha Maxine Mills (Lane); his spouses, Maxine Rankin and Mackie; and his daughter Misty Van Buskirk of Hobbs. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
