She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Earl and Nelle Ingland (Lemming). She is survived by: her husband Burt McCarter of Forgan; and her children, Connie Williams of Forgan, Nancy Link of Rolla, KS, Mike, Becky McCarter of Forgan, Patricia, Dale Starr of Forgan and Lisa McCarter of Spring, TX.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
