He is survived by: his wife Ruth Baxter; his sons, Bobby (Roberta) of Fletcher and John David (Vickie) of Checotah, Oklahoma; his sister Sandy (Marvin Zike) of Norman, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Randallan Chinnow of Fletcher, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Brittany (Roy Brinsfield) of Cyril, Cortney, Shawn Barrett of Kingfisher, Joel Baxter of Cyril, Joshua Baxter (Bubba) of Checotah, Chris, Sammantha Meisner of Mounds, Blake, Brandi of Colorado and Josh Meisner of Norman, Oklahoma; and his niece Angie Werner. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
