He is survived by: his children, Chad Hicks of Davis and Natalie Hicks of Sulphur; his stepchildren, Chassie Carter and Clinton Carter; his father Donald Roy Hicks of Davis; his brothers, Kenneth Hicks (Tresara) of Foster, OK and Kevin Hicks of Davis; his niece Kendra Prater (Billy); and his great-nephews, A. J. and Abel.
