He was predeceased by: his parents, James Orville and Anna Jane Brown Stark; his daughter Kathy Lynn Baker; his siblings, Ray Stark, Joe Stark, Leslie Merle Stark, Wesley Berle Stark, Robert Stark, Edith Bivins and Mary Lou Gibbs; and his brother-in-law Jimmie Dale Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hart; his daughter Becky Pittman; his brother David Lee Stark of Lake Jackson, TX; and his brother-in-law Dwight Arthur Hart.
