He is survived by: his daughter Pat; his wife Janet; his son Clifton Billings of Modesto, CA; his stepchildren, Susan Pendell (Brian) of Gardner, SC, Beth Tiffin (Doug) of Modesto, CA and Gilbert Borhardt; and his grandchildren, Phillip Moore, Brandon Streng and Roxanne Fuller. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
