With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Choate of Finley, Oklahoma, born in Bennington, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 23, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Choate and Mollie Brokeshoulder Choate; and his siblings, Fran Muskrat, May Varner, Rufus Choate Jr. and John Henry Choate.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Quiver Choate of Mesquite, Warren Andrew Choate of Durant and Edward Morris Choate of Muskogee, Oklahoma.; his grandson Michael; his wife Norma Choate (Williams); his daughter Janie Choate of Finley, OK; his granddaughters, Holly Mejorado (Michael) of Mesquite, Texas and Kari Quiver of Mesquite, Texas; his great grandchild Briony Mejorado; and his siblings, Ruth Morgan (John), Franklin Choate and Melvin Choate. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
