He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fathers, Carl Duncan and Carl Myers; his stepmother Geneva Forsyth Myers; his siblings, Ted Myers (Larue) of Felt, Vivian Myers Oldham (David) of Amarillo and Gail Myers (Martha) of Felt; his wife Patsy; his son Clay (Jackie) of Felt; his grandchildren, Austin Waters (Bailey) of Felt and Haylie Melton (Trevor) of Amarillo; his daughter Kelley Grimes (Marvin) of Lubbock; and his grandchildren, Dee Grimes of Hampton, VA and Drue Grimes of Addison.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made in Cecil's memory to the Felt Senior Citizens Center, P.O. Box 234, Felt, Ok 73937 or to a charitable cause of their choice.
