He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Brummett (Hollis) and Gene Brummett; and his father-in-law Troy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Rita Gaylan Brummett (Smith); his children, Troy (Julie) of Tulsa, Lee Ann (Brian Tolle) of Sapulpa and Ryan (Amanda) of Moore, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Riley, James, Joshua, Chase, Thea, Declan and Clara; his brother Juan Brummett; his brothers-in-law, Graylan Smith (Carolyn) and Aaron Smith (Jamie); and his mother-in-law Maricie Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
